Vital-V Shipping Policy
At Vital-V, we're dedicated to getting your favorite energy drinks to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) of being placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days after order processing. Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days after order processing (if applicable). Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier.
Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times are estimates, and Vital-V is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we only ship within the United States, customs, duties, and import taxes are not applicable to your orders.
6. Damages
Vital-V is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs if the address provided was incorrect.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer support team at support@vital-v.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
